We refinanced with ameriquest Mortgage Co. in 2004 they sent out an agent to fill out our paper work and he mentioned an adjustable rate and we told him there was no way we wanted an adjustanle rate he told us in 6 months we would be able to go to a fixed rate.

They sent out an apprasier to appraise our home and the agent called us and said he has good news that our home appraised at 218,000,and it is a modular home and now after the 6 months we tried to refinance thru Ameriquest and other mortgage companies and couldn't get apraised for any more than 170,000 and we have a 200,000 dollar note.

We are hoping there is someone out there that can help us with this problem.
